Lulu's Limo

Well folks,

Daddy bought me a new ride yesterday... a green machine.... my limo!  I helped Dad make sure he had enough money to buy my limo when I stopped by Mom's office this week.

We were away from home all night as Mommy had to collect Dad from work so he could leave his old car there, then Daddy had to drive to collect me from creche, then Daddy & me had to pick Mom up from work in her car, then we had to drive to get my limo!  So Mom & Dad were exhausted and as we were an hour from home, we stopped to rest and have some dinner - at McDonalds.

Now folks, I like my food, I normally eat either the creche's or Mom's homemade food which is nummy.  But folks, let me tell you... I LOVE FRENCH FRIES!  I could not shove them in my mouth fast enough!

I then asked Mom to wash them down with some Coke.... I tired but I don't know how to drink from straws so I had a bottle on the way home.

So as we went to McDee's for my limo's first ride...  we christened him Ronald.  Come on Ron.... a Lu's Ron Ron Ron a Lu's Ron Ron!


Here I am this afternoon... crawling around in the big green yard in front of my house.  You can see Ronald behind me.

I had to check out Ron as well... making sure that I approved of my chauffeur's seat...

Next, I checked out the view from the dog's seat....

I'm pretending to by Dixie begging for food!

And finally, I found my seat... just right!  Take me away now driver.... to the creche we go!

What a fun weekend... being 10 months old!

Well folks,

I had a great weekend, now that I'm a 10 month old baby.   So much fun, no more little tiny baby who can't move or get around.... I'm loving this new found independence!

Yesterday, I woke Mom up at 6am to start my day.   I had places to explore....   I started off in the living room and crawled my way into Mom's knitting.

I really like Mom's yarn... it is so much fun to unravel!

Mom was happy as 2 hours after we were up playing - 8am -one of the all time best movies came on.   I even watched some of it, I really like the goats!

A little bit later in the morning Mom took me on a stroller ride to walk the dogs... and I showed her my new talent... rolllin' rollin' rollin' (although this time no raw-hides were in view)

Then around noon, Mom and I headed into Dublin to meet up with Rosanne and Brennan... we had lunch after getting caught up in the rain.  Here we are watching Mom & Rosanne eat in front of us..

Rosanne was telling us how much Brennan likes his new creche...

"Oh no I have competition... I may have to fight off the other ladies in Brennan's creche!"

We had a good day together!   Today, I helped Daddy in the garden... we were picking up dog poo in the back yard and found some random carrots growing...

Crazy huh as we didn't plant them!   If you see the state of our backyard in the background you should be able to guess what Mom & Dad will be working on to get the garden ready for a certain soon to be toddler!

Today, I skyped my Uncle JJ & Auntie Nicole... they are going to come and visit me!  I cannot wait to see them!   After we skyped, Dad took me on a long walk with the dogs so that Mom could clean the house.  Have I told you how much I love going on walks?

When I got back home I was sooo tired, couldn't even finish my dinner just had to go for a snooze!

It's a bird, It's a plane... It's Speedy-Lulu-Gonazales

Well Folks,

That's right, I'm one speedy crawling machine....

When I want to move, I MOVE... I make this weird laughing grunting noise when I crawl fast... which is followed by a face that says "I'm gonna get you!"

Then, when I get something I'm not supposed to have I say "Whoa!"

Mom normally then tells me No, and I just blink my eyes, flash her my cheeky grin and continue on with whatever I was probably not supposed to be doing.

Sometimes when I crawl around Dixie and Daisy come give me a sniff to see if I need a new diaper... aren't they good sisters?

Mostly, I'm just a happy baby moving from one place to another... you can see some of my teeth here... I got 3 new ones last week!  That's right I went from 3 teeth to 6 in 5 days!

You can imagine how my sleep Mom & Dad got... so I'd better sign out and let them snooze tonight!

Curly Wool-rly

Well folks,


I asked Mom last week if I could have some nice curly hair like my friend in creche... Mom said "Lulu outlook not good!".   So I decided to take things into my own hands...

Mom said when she was a kid Grammie told her to eat her crusts on her toast and she'd get curly hair.... so she did yet Mom's hair is stick straight.  So I think I may have to give up my dream of curls; to say I was disappointed was a bit of an understatement.

Oh well, at least Mom told me she'd teach me know to knit. 

I told Mom I may need to learn how to not put everything in my mouth first.  I can say purple yarn = not the greatest... maybe I'll try red tomorrow.

Now, I think I heard the dinner bell ringing so I'm off for some mashed food..... or it could be my favorite thing at Nana & Grandad's.... their bell outside I LOVE to ring it!

Saturday in the Park

Well folks,

It wasn't the 4th of July but I had lots of fun Saturday in the Park!   Mom & Dad took me to the Castle Park in Kilkenny to play with my friends... Ciara & Ava from the states!

Here I am with Ciara, Ava and their Daddy Larry, Vinny decided to do his godfather duties and watch Ciara run around the playground.

I loved the playground, I would have really loved it if Mom & Dad would have let me crawl around... maybe next time.   First Daddy put me on my first ride... a swirly thing that spun around. 

WOW Dad this thing is F-U-N fun!

My favorite thing in the park was the slide... it was so fun to play on!

I really liked the park and loved meeting up with all my pals!  Here is the whole crew except for Mom as she was the one taking the photo.

Do you like my "wheelie"?  Daddy and I like going around on two wheels only!  Speaking of wheels... on the way home from the park I found my dream car.... Mom says "oh nooooooo"....

That's right Mom in a few more years this baby will be a pink monkey!

And I'm Off....

Well folks,

I'm outta here!  That's right, I finally figured out how to crawl forward!  This morning I did my usual of trying to move forward with my arms but not my legs, but when I arrived home tonight I tried again and I took off!

First Mom plopped me down...  really Mom you want me to do what?

You sure I'm not going to fall on my head again?

Ok here goes nothing...

Holey Ma-No-Ley I CAN DO IT!

Now, I think that I may just deserve a round of applause..

Hmm... I wonder what this is?  When I took off to explore Mom and Dad said uh-oh for some reason?  Couldn't figure out why I mean there are so many cool things I've never seen before...

By the end of the night I was a pro and crawled about 10 feet in the kitchen... by this weekend I have big plans... the hallway, the bathroom, the dog beds... so many new places to conquer!

Mom said if you want to see me crawl to check her facebook - she's trying to upload the video now.
So later folks, I have things to do, places to go and many new places to explore!

Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad

Today's Mom & Dad's Wedding Anniversary.  I'm really happy they got hitched.... like really happy as I'm not sure I would have been around.  So... Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad I love you!

Now, talking about oranges... here I am today in one of Mom's old outfits (Mom says I need to get bigger for it to fit me better) but I had to wear it today as it went really well with my hairdoo!

Mom then gave me "horns" when we were having coffee... she says these come out at 3am sometimes.  I told Mom "You try growing teeth and see how you feel!"  (And finally you can see Mom's terrible haircut that is slowly growing out!)

After we had coffee, we went to see the fishes at the pet store.....

You know, maybe Mom and Dad will let me actually sit in the stroller the next time we're shopping?

Or better yet, maybe they'll get me a new ride for Christmas...

NeeNahNeeNahNeeNah.... Pull over Duke you're missing a tail-(light) haha!

And last but not least.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDAD!!!!  Can't wait to see you on Tuesday night.... more bottles and maybe even a nappy change are in your future!

Me & My Mama

Well folks,

Daddy ditched me this weekend to go and watch the Irish Open in Kilarney so Mom had me for 3 days on her own.  We had a good weekend together without Daddy... first we went swimming and I showed Mom how I can sit on the edge and "jump" into the water.    The other babies in the pool were very impressed with my swimming talents.   Mom said she couldn't take a photo of me though as she thought I'd dunk her camera (she was probably right).... mind you Daddy took her old camera swimming in South Africa (it was in his pocket) so I wouldn't haven't been the first to ruin one of Mom's cameras.


So after swimming we decided to go shopping.  I told Mom don't worry Mom I'll get it.... now I wonder if she has any money I can steal?

When we got home Mom thought we should take some new photos of me as I'm getting big so I said sure.

Later, I decided to give Mom a break and helped myself to a bottle on my own...

Mom said her favorite time over the weekend (especially the 3rd day) was when I looked like this...

I told her that is not very nice!  Luckily Daddy came home on Monday night and he brought me a gift... a Monkey shirt for his little monkey.  I wore it in style to school today and my teachers loved it!

Well folks, that's me for tonight need to get to bed now so I can wake up and play at 4am!
