Lulu here - I had to take back over from Janey until Mom decides how Janey is going to write the blog... she has some ideas or so she told me when I got home from school tonight. I guess the two of them are conspiring while they send me away - not very nice of them huh?
Well, when I got to the airport I stood with my sign waiting for Grammie.... It's the thing to do right? See all the other people have their signs, I had to make sure Grammie didn't go with one of them right? Not sure what she's looking at my sign is just as good as hers and I look right professional in my princess getup!
I was really happy she was finally here - so was Jane although she seems to have narcolspy!
When we arrived back home I had to show Grammie my new pad!
And then our adventures began! We had so much fun together! We went to the park to play...
And to the shops for Ice Cream and Feeties (aka Sweeties aka Candy)...
Grammie, Mom, Jane and I went to Lullymore Heritage site and I rode the train! Look at me Derek - you would have loved this!
We even let Jane ride the train! You can see the top of her head... just about!
And we played on the swings! Look I can go all by myself and higher than Grammie!
Then one day we all went to the zoo! I loved the monkeys! The highlights of the trip (which Mom says I still talk about) are:
1. The Monkey who took two big poos & a pee while sitting on a log bridge over the water
2. The elephants getting a shower to wash the "poo" (dirt) off their backs
3. The elephant who went for a BIG POO right in front of us
Mom says you can see a theme! But I like the zoo, made loads of new animal friends...
Grammie and I found a statue of Boppa... haha just kidding Boppa!
We played at the zoo, Grammie even went down the big slide but she was scared so I gave her a push.
I'm not scared of slides... I LOVE them I go down them over and over and over and over and over and... well Mom usually bribes me a away after a while.
But she always takes me someplace cool - I rode the Zebra with Mom!
Boy the zoo is exhausting! "Tang" (my new friend from Grammie) and I had to take a snooze on the way home.
But on Saturday Grammie had to leave to go back home. I was really sad but I told Grammie, I'd drive her to the airport... Hop on Grammie!
We had so much fun together! I can't wait to see her again in the summer... rumor has it Mom, Jane and I are flying over to the States.
So folks, all is well here - Jane says hi. She sleeps too much to say anything else!
Love, Lulu
