Well everyone I've mastered a new trick... smiling!
Here I am with Daddy practicing my smiles....
Thinking about it...
First I stick out my tongue...
Start with one side...
And the smile...
The after smile smirk...
(I think I am going to have the family talent of being able to touch my tongue to my nose as both Mom & Dad can do it!)
Maybe I'm just happy that I have all kinds of new Baby DeeGee Friends to play with! Charlotte (Beth's baby) was born on the 29th of December and to our surprise Dana had her twin girls Avery & Alexandra on the same day! (12 weeks early but they're doing great)
But all this smiling business is tough work people so I'm off to snooze land.

Meeting the Relates....
Well here I am in the states - been busy travelling around and meeting everyone so sorry for the short break in posts!
I've meet all my relates this week...
My Uncle Timmy

My Great Grandma Mary

Here I am in a hat from my Great Granny Pedigo

And then my one and only COUSIN DEREK!!! We make a great pair! Here I am meeting him for the first time... right before he gave me a little shove.

And here we are on Christmas...

Derek is always smiling... I'm always not! Might have to work on the smiles a bit more...

And here is Daddy with his only nephew...

Gramps is counting my chins...

Meeting the relates is hard work, I had to take some time to relax in my chair...

Daddy was tired too especially as he is on crutches with his knee he hurt skiing. Here we are relaxing together...

And finally, here I am with the boys watching some football.... aaaahhh Bud!

Ok, off to shop with Mom, Dad and Grammie so see ya later folks!
Love, Lulu

There’s a Room in the Inn but no Crib for a Bed….
A summary of my travel for you folks... enjoy I'm off for a snooze!
1. 4am departure from Robertstown as the roads were very icy and Mom & Dad wanted to be sure to get to the airport on time.
2. In the airport ready to go through security.
3. Cleared Immigration with Mom as Americans while Dad had to get his fingerprints and photo taken... this dual citizenship is going to be a great thing!
4. On the plane with Dad for our 8:40am departure... until the captain came on and said Dublin Airport had closed the runway due to snow until at least1:30pm! So we had to de-board with all our bags back to the lounge!
5. At 12:30 we boarded the plane again and the captain told us to hurry up as it was still snowing and there was a risk that Dublin would close again (which it did after we left). Luckily we left around 1:45pm off to Atlanta, I loved the baby bassinet on the plane.
6. Arrived in Atlanta and luckily we were booked automatically on another flight to Minneapolis so that we did not have to wait in the re-booking line as it was LONG. (Mom's roommate Kate would be proud of my first state in the US)
7. We arrived into Minneapolis and I met my Uncle JJ (& Aunt Nicole). JJ eats a lot of cookies... "Save some for me JJ I have a big mouth too!"
8. Unfortunately our bags did not arrive!! But they were on the next flight an hour later so we decided to wait for them to come. However one of Mom & Dad’s luggage arrived off the baggage claim… me hahaha!
9. So we left the airport around 11pm (5am Irish Time… yes we were now travelling over 26 hours!) Unfortunately it was snowing so much that we could not see the road and we had to pull into a hotel in Eagan, MN to stay my first night in the USA. Well… Mom and Dad had to put me into a drawer to sleep.
That’s right folks, my first night in the USA I slept in a drawer!
Finally this morning I got to meet my Grammie & Gramps… it was great! Now about this Santa man…. hoping that he knows I am in La Crosse!

Over the River and Through the Woods....
To Grammie's house I go!!!! I know it is a Thanksgiving song but I cannot help singing it I am so excited to go to the states tomorrow.
So I asked Mom what we would do on the plane for 7 hours and she said she'd sing me Christmas songs to keep me entertained. So I thought I'd show you some of my favorites... can you guess what they are?

Next update will hopefully be from the states all going well with all our flights!
Wish us luck....

It's been a BUSY week!
Wow folks so busy that I am just now getting on the blog.... apologies to my fans!
Let's see last week I got my first shot - the BCG vaccine. Mom went with me and we both shed a little tear, especially as I screamed my head off! Good news is I was fine about 5 minutes later and we headed home.
On Saturday I had my first big adventure to Ballyclovan to see my Nana & Grandad.
Here's me arriving in Ballyclovan...

And here I am with my Nana & Grandad.

To my surprise they had an early Christmas present for me and here I am with my first present.
And here I am on my new Snail....

Then we went to visit Gav's Uncle Pat and then off to meet my Great Grandad!!

On Monday I went to the doctor again with my for my 6in1 vaccine and my PVC vaccine... I am not liking the shots people! Only good news is that I was not the only one to get my shots as Mom took both Dixie and Daisy to the vet for their shots as well... none of us were very happy Monday night!
On Tuesday Mom got me all bundled up and we went to the pediatrician which was 23 miles away. Of course a blizzard decided to come in and it took us 2.5 hours to get there and 3 hours and 25 minutes to get home!!!

Since it took us so long Daddy had to run into the American Embassy and pick up my passport - that is right folks I'm a full fledged American now & can go to the states on Thursday.... now we need to hope it stops snowing so we can get out of this place! Here is a shot from Daddy's work from Daddy's phone...

Anyway I am off to to visions of sugarplums....

Hi everyone
Today was a good day as I became and an American today! Go me! Here I am outside of the Embassy after mom reported my birth abroad to get my American birth certificate and my passport!

Can you see I am singing in the photo... Mom had to get the photo quick as the armed guards were wondering why she was stopping and getting out her phone but luckily she is fast and got a photo before they shooed her away.... go Mom!

Adventure to the City
On Saturday I went with Mom & Dad to meet Brian, Rosanne & Brennan Carter in Dublin. It was my first adventure to Dublin!
We went to Boojum (A Chipolte knockoff - finally!!) for lunch and then we were supposed to go to the Christmas Market. I had other plans as I was going through a bit of a crabby day and cried the entire time so Mom & Dad had to turn back home.
I did manage a photo or two before the screaming started!
We'll have to try again another day.... when I got home I slept and slept and slept. Mom thinks I was going through a bit of a growth spurt. I can't wait to find out my weight on Friday... bets anyone? Mom thinks I'll be close to 13lbs!
Here is my family (thanks to Rosanne for taking the picture)
And here I am with Daddy in front of St Stephen's Green shopping Centre -- Daddy get your credit card & run!!! I need some shoes :-)
