Stretch 2, 3, 4 & Giggle Some More

Well folks,

Hope everyone is having a good week!  I'm having loads of fun in my school.   Every morning Mom drops me off and I happily dance when I see my teachers and my friends!  I don't even give a second look to Mom - I just want to get to the teachers and hang with my peeps!

One thing I've learned in school is that if you want a toy you need to REACH & be FAST to grab it!  Here I am showing Mom my new skill.



Mom and Dad need to watch out as I can now reach to roll off things.  I'm also getting very wiggly and managed to escape from my car seat (Mom and Dad put me in it the other night while they ate dinner together).  I showed them as I managed to wriggle right out of it onto the floor.   Talented Baby Lulu I tell YouYou!


Yesterday I decided I wanted to take off, throw, reach for and then eat my shoe.  It was fun!



Shoes taste good and yes, I can take them off myself!  I also know how to take off my diaper which Mom told me is not a talent that she wants me to master.   As for the crawling, I'm going to be moving soon... bets are on for the day, Mom gives me 2 more weeks and she thinks I'll be off (and covered in dog hair from that day onwards!)

So after all this reaching, wriggling, eating, a girl just has to have a good giggle.  Mom found out how to tickle me on Monday and I love it!

Cruisin to Creche

Well folks,

I cruised in style to creche today, and I mean style!   You see Daddy accidentally took Mom's keys to work so Mom and I were stranded at home this morning.  This normally wouldn't have been a problem as Mom could work from home but she couldn't today as:

1. Dixie ate Mom's secure id (a key that logs Mom into P&G's network)
2. Mom had to go into work today for performance reviews with her new team

So I told Mom don't worry, I'll call a chauffeur... that's right folks, here I am getting a taxi to creche!



I told the driver that I had to bring my Mom with me because I can't figure out how to get money so I told the driver to take Mom to work and that she'd pick up the bill.

I really liked the taxi! It was cool to have Mom in the back seat with me.   Mom thinks I look like Uncle JJ (as a baby) in this photo... hmmmm.

On the way home, Mom got a lift with Hugh from work, and as they drove past my school Hugh and Mom picked me up!   I told Mom to remember to get her keys from Dad from now on she said she would (and she blames me for having baby brain... I don't know what she's talking about as I think I'm quite smart!)

So that was my day today... now I need to play with some toys before I get whisked away to bed so need to get playing folks.

Feed the Baby!

Well folks,

I hope everyone had a good fathers day!  I sure did.  I told my Dad how much I liked him by saying... Dadadadada ALL weekend long.  Mom said that she watched, feed and bathed me for 7 months before she went back to work but yet I said Dada!  I told her he makes me laugh so haha Mama!  You can check out me saying Dada HERE.

Now, speaking of Mama feeding the Lulu... well she just thinks I'm too slow to eat real food.   The ladies at daycare feed me lunch everyday and I love it.   So this weekend Mom made me some food and she gave me a few spoonfuls, but she just doesn't feed me the way I like it so I told her...

"Don't worry Mom I'll feed myself" and guess what?   She AGREED!

"Uh-oh first sign of trouble to come..."

"These spoons are NUMMY!"

   

"Oh, wait I think you're supposed to hold the spoons like this?"

Wow, that was F-U-N fun!  I told Mom I would clean myself up but she didn't believe me so I went for a swim in the bath.

But not before I turned into Fuzzy Wuzzy!

Hanging around for the party!

Well folks,

First, I'm finally over my cold but I may OR may NOT have given it to Mom.  She says it is a bad nasty cold so it couldn't have come from me right?

Lately I've been hanging around...

And I've been bouncing...

But mostly, I've just been thinking....

That's right folks, I spend my days pondering life, thinking about when I may crawl, wondering when I may get some food next.  Basically this is my new face I make all the time now...

A girl sometimes just has to think things over!   Tonight it was my cousin Derek's first birthday party so Mom, Dad and I skyped him so we could see him eat cake.  I really wish that I could have been at the party but at least Mom made some cake for me!

She melted the icing a little too much but it still tasted great.   HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEREK can't wait to see you next time to cause trouble with you!

Boogers are Nasty Buggers

Well Polks,

Lubu here I'm still hall stuffy.  Momb tinks I may win the award for the most snot ever which is a big statement coming from Momb!  I really I hate habing my nose wiped, but at least Mom doesn't use one of these as she tolb me she would have if she had one!

This weekend my feber went to 103 which scared Momb but it came back down quickly.  Momb tinks I can't get rid of my cold becuase I'm getting my front toof as well.  We both hope the toof combs in soon so I can breathe and eat norbally again. 

Momb says when I sleep I sound like a dinosaur so I told her that I'd just hang out with my Dab for the day.  We had lobs of fun I love my Dab!

I don't feel so gud.  I'm hall duffed up.  Momb tinks I'm getting my teethf but wow do I hab some snots cobing out of my nose. 

I had my first feber today too.

I feel bery sorby for myself.   I don't bike being sick, Momb says she feels sorby for me too.

Blooming & Brennan

Well folks,

Last Saturday, I met up with my boyfriend Brennan again.   I took Mom & Dad to BLOOM, the biggest garden festival in Ireland and Brennan took his parents so we all met up.

I hadn't seen Brennan since I got back from the states and he had a present for me... what a perfect book! Thanks Brennan!

There were lots of people around so Brennan and I had to make sure we had our security guards with us... aka our Dads!

Don't mind us, we decided to take a rest for a while to give our parents a break!

It was such a fun day at the festival!  Some of the displays were really cool....

Wow look how well Brennan eats, maybe I'll start eating food for Mom soon!

Daddy gave me my first balloon... it was so cool, I really wanted to eat it but Mom wouldn't let me so they tied it onto my BOB instead.   I loved looking at it as we strolled along.

Boy, was I tired at the end of the day, Daddy had to push me out of the park but don't worry... we ride in style in the BOB...

"Come on Daddy higher, this baby likes wheelies!!!"

It's Mama's Birthday

Well folks,

Today I partied with my Mama as she's old!  Daddy picked me up early from the creche and we sang Happy Birthday to Mom when she came home.   We had pizza for dinner and then Mom and I went swimming (in the bath tub :-)).  It was a good day. 

Now I guess she wants a full night sleep for her present but I'm not sure if I'll co-operate or not.

I've been ditched....

Well folks,

I've been ditched!  That's right Mom left me to go back to work :-(  She didn't even cry when she dropped me off the first time... well neither did I so I guess that's good!

My new school is near our village and I love it! 

First I feel very safe as Mom & Dad have to go James Bond to get in - that's right they scan your finger print to even let you into the place!  Here's Mom coming into get me....

I have lots of new teachers & friends at my school... there will be 4 other babies my age in the next few weeks so we're going to have lots of fun!

So the first few days I was a HAPPY baby at school but yesterday one of the teachers told Dad "Wow she has a pair of lungs on her!" so I guess they know my second personality now... haha!    Today when Mom picked me up one of the teachers was laughing as she said I give them a real "I'm the boss" face... Mom said she agreed as she says it's my Mafia face (click here if you'd like to see it)!   I'm normally really good for school though and I love it as it keeps me entertained all day long!

I'm learning lots of things at the creche... first I can really sit up and play with my toys.  My favorite is taking two items and banging them together.

And today, I learned how to get up on my knees and rock back and forth!   Now, avert your eyes people as there is one white bum coming up next but I had to show you my new skills!

So.. I'm off to figure out how I can move as I'm rocking and ready to go!
